Additional Information & Policies
Clear details before you reserve.
Our wedding experiences are designed to be straightforward, with the core service, setup, and standard local travel already built into the package.
Applies to wedding-day coverage beyond the included six consecutive hours.
The first 35 miles from Dunkirk, Maryland are included. The travel fee applies in 35-mile increments beyond that included radius.
If complimentary parking is unavailable, the applicable parking expense will be added.
Hotel accommodations and parking may be required for crew safety, scheduling, and convenience.
Events outside the continental United States will require additional travel expenses, hotel accommodations, per diem, and local equipment rentals.
Water-based haze is used only when approved by the venue and coordinated with applicable fire-alarm requirements.

Our six-step process keeps communication clear, protects the details that matter, and gives you direct access to your DJ throughout the planning process.

We confirm availability and send your Service Agreement and invoice. Once the agreement is signed and the 50% booking deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.
Plan the Experience
We schedule a pre-event meeting to discuss your goals, music, timeline, formalities, logistics, and the details that will make the event feel like yours.
Stay Connected
Preparation continues in the background. You have direct support for changes, ideas, requests, and updates between the planning meeting and the event day.
Finalize
The remaining 50% balance is collected two weeks before the event, and we follow up to confirm any final updates or last-minute changes.
Celebrate
The planning is complete. We arrive prepared, manage the entertainment details, and see you on the dance floor.
