How Do I Reserve Audio / Visual Rental Services?
From equipment selection to event day.
We handle the equipment, logistics, setup, and technical details well before your event begins.
The process keeps communication clear and makes sure the right sound and lighting package is prepared for your space, schedule, and event needs.

Complete the Contact form with your event date, location, and the audio, lighting, or rental options you would like to reserve.

We confirm availability and send your Service Agreement and invoice. Once the agreement is signed and the 50% booking deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.
Plan the Setup
We schedule a pre-event meeting to discuss your goals, venue layout, event logistics, equipment needs, access, and timing.
Stay Connected
We continue preparing in the background, and you have direct support for changes, questions, or new ideas between the planning meeting and the event.
Finalize the Details
The remaining 50% balance is collected two weeks before the event. We also confirm any final updates, timing changes, or last-minute equipment needs.
Event Day
We arrive prepared, deliver and set up the equipment, manage the agreed technical support, and make sure the system is ready when your event begins.
